Herbert enjoy summer success at three shows in June
Herbert Engineering are pleased to report the extremely successful launch of their new, cost effective Contractor I at three shows throughout June; in England at the Cereals 2009 event, Scotland at the Royal Highland Show and regionally at the East Midlands Potato Day.
Record attendances at both Cereals 2009 and The Royal Highland Show led to record levels of enquiries for the Herbert team both north and south of the border, with the launch of the Contractor I proving to be a major draw to the Herbert stand at both of these events.
On their return trip from Scotland, Herbert took the opportunity to introduce the new Contractor I to their more local customers at the East Midlands Potato Day. Being held at Holbeach Hurn, around 20 miles from their Head Office, it was the ideal event to show the Contractor I to existing and potential new customers in the local area.
Herbert’s Agricultural Sales Manager Steven Skipper, who attended all three events, commented “We are delighted with the turnout at each of these shows, particularly at Cereals which was a first time event for us. It was great for us to be back at the Royal Highland Show after a few years away, and to see so many of our Scottish farmers there. We are extremely happy with the level of enquiries we have taken and with the interest shown in our new Contractor I”.
