For many years the Danish company Thorsen Chipskatoffler have used Herbert optical sorting technology on potatoes for the processing industry. Now the company have invested in new machinery including two Herbert Auto-sort 2000MP’s that will
more than double their capacity of grading with a throughput of up to 60TPH.
