NEW High Capacity Electronic Grader DDS2000ML Auto-sort

The new high capacity DDS 2000ML Auto-sort machine was launched at InterPom, Belgium in November 2006 and it sold by Herbert Engineering BV on the first day. It is being launched to the UK market in February 2007 at the Herbert Corporate Open Days.

The machine offers unsurpassed defect detection whilst providing high throughput (30TPH) for the customer. A number of features have been enhanced on this model such as the 5th generation software that allows simple programming of defect priorities. The key unique feature of this machine compared to competitor machines is that it can sort potatoes with high wastage not normally suitable for high-speed inspection.

The Autosort can handle potatoes from 35mm to 85mm
- 35mm+ potatoes > 11.5 tonnes/hour
- 45mm+ potatoes > 16.5 tonnes/hour
- 50mm+ potatoes > 21 tonnes/hour
- 55mm+ potatoes > 24 tonnes/hour
- 60mm+ potatoes > 30 tonnes/hour
