Service Team Strengthen its Support Network

Herbert Engineering hold over £1 million of spares in stock to ensure we can respond to customer needs quickly and now with our largest ever Service team are fullyprepared to handle pre-season servicing, onfield breakdown assistance and general repairs.
Commitment to our customers doesn’t stop when we deliver a machine or system as our customers performance and productivity is our first priority. We have, therefore, invested in a range of services and expanded our team to ensure we can achieve this.
We now have 10 full time service technicians providing back-up service across the UK and Europe with technical on-call assistance at our UK and European offices.
Due to continued growth in service and spares in the Lincolnshire area, we have also increased our local field-based cover and recently appointed Customer Services Representative, Steven Smith for the Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire region.
