Diversification into other markets is a further part of Herbert’s current strategy. 
Recent developments have seen systems being installed into a range of recycling applications and specialist handling of organic waste for composting is just one key market. The bespoke designed systems includes heavy duty feed elevators, shuttle conveyors on a moving gantry and heavy duty slat and chain discharge conveyors.  Two sites are now fully operational with a third project currently in manufacture.
